We also provide individualized vocational counseling and employment-related skills teaching, which include career counseling/exploration, job placement, and post-employment job coaching to ensure job retention. Our staff performs employment advocacy and interventions with employer-based HR, EAP, and occupational health professionals for the professional taking FMLA or ADA-related leave, or returning to work after an illness-related absence (i.e. Short or Long Term Disability leave), or seeking legal advocacy in pursuing disability retirement benefits.

Our services include vocational rehabilitation assessment, which provides a psychiatric and rehabilitation-focused evaluation of a client’s professional profile and concurrent abilities, transferable skills, and readiness to return-to work. Assessments include medical disability reviews, occupational recommendations, resource planning, and a plan for implementing return-to-work and long term job stabilization. We outline recommendations, current employability, barriers to successful placement, and employment-related rehabilitation goals.
