Dear friend and neighbor,

Thank you all for your generous contributions to my campaign for Ward 2 City Council. Your financial support is vital to taking back Ward 2 for the citizens and beneficial to the integrity of our neighborhoods. Looking ahead, there are numerous issues and challenges facing the District of Columbia, and the Council needs a hands-on, fair-minded leader to speak and act on behalf of the Ward 2 neighborhoods, and for all District of Columbia citizens.

As you may know, a grassroots campaign takes a lot of effort, time, motivation and support. The date for turning out at the polls is growing closer(September 12). The time for change is now; together you and I will take back Ward 2. I will work for you and what matters in your neighborhoods. If not you, then who?

As Ward 2 Ombudsman, I have worked for neighborhoods for years, while my opponent, a three-term incumbent, has worked for downtown and outside business interests.
