The remainder of $_________ is to be paid when the site is coded, tested, published, and approved. Basic search engine submission is provided where possible but the results of submission to search engines cannot be guaranteed. If you do not approve the final design, GAP WEB DESIGN reserves the right to complete one redesign, again subject to your approval before final payment is presented. GAP WEB DESIGN is not responsible for delays caused by other parties or by acts of God.
Basic routine maintenance is provided for the first 90 days, to consist of updating contact information upon request and checking twice monthly for the correct operation of the site. Administration is available for those wishing more comprehensive maintenance.
